About Olga
Biography:
Olga Toet-Savtsjenko was born and raised in Russia. In Saint Petersburg, where Olga lived , linguistics became her interest already at a very early age, and she pursued her studies of German language and literature at the State University of St. Petersburg. After moving to The Netherlands in ’90 she continued her studies at the State University of Leiden where she majored in Slavic languages. Her interest in foreign languages had her include other languages such as Italian, Dutch and Polish into her curriculum.
After moving to the United States in ’95 Olga encountered a major turning point in her life, she felt a strong calling to occupy herself with holistic health care. A holistic approach to health had been something that appealed to her growing up in Russia. She always had an interest in folk remedies, homeopathy, yoga, acupuncture and other natural remedies.
Olga graduated at the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies in New Jersey in ’02 specializing in Shiatsu and Massage Therapy. She continued her education in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, and NeuroStructural Release (Brain curriculum) with doctor Bruno Chikly and the Chikly Health Institute. Olga has a private practice in Greenville, SC, where she specializes in advanced CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and NeuroStructural Release.
Amongst other modalities Olga offers Shiatsu therapy, therapeutic massage, rejuvenating Japanese Zen facial massage, and she is also a Reiki Master since 2000.
Olga follows the philosophy that your health is not just your right but also your duty. Her calling is to assist others on their path to a happier, healthier and more full-filled life.
